Upon receipt of a proper notice of claimed infringement, we will respond expeditiously to remove, or disable access to, the material claimed to be infringing and will follow the procedures specified by applicable law to resolve the claim between the notifying party and the alleged infringer who provided the content in issue. This process does not limit our ability to pursue any other remedies we may have to address suspected infringement.
If any of these terms and conditions are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and the remaining terms and conditions shall survive and continue to be binding and enforceable.
If we delay exercising or fail to exercise or enforce any right available to us under these Terms, such delay or failure does not constitute a waiver of that right or any other rights under these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Serbia and you agree with TIER S to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Serbian courts.
